Delta Sonic Car Wash and Oil Change

I would love to give an employee, Emmanuel, five stars! He was great to work with the detailing shop. I came in shortly before close and added an interior cleaning to my car wash. The detail shop Team appeared to be rushed and did a horrible job. What made matters worse, was when they pulled my car out I saw swirl marks all over it! The employee simply tried to wipe it off and shrugged his shoulders. When I drove back around to the car wash, Emmanuel helped me troubleshoot what could have happened. I got nothing but attitude from the detail shop and without Emmanuel's help, this would have been a one-star review. I still left the wash not happy, but a Emmanuel did try his best. It is so frustrating to see a team not working together to take care of customers.

Brought my car here on the way to a car show as it needed to be cleaned up. Eduardo did an absolutely phenomenal job in detailing the car, the attention to detail was top notch. Also helped back me up and get me out through the side entrance. Had some kids that wanted to sit and take pictures in the car so was also nice enough to patiently wait while the kids checked it out. The experience from start to finish was great, manager that greeted me was very helpful as well and understanding as I wanted to initially do an engine bay detail but ended up having to roll that back as the engine had just been serviced so want to consult my mechanic before doing anything with the engine. Delta sonic has easily some of the best staff and really have nailed the car wash experience down to science.

Esteban restored the headlights of my CRV today. They look great! In addition to providing excellent service, he explained how to reduce future damage to headlights and the need to delay car washing for several days. I recommend this service.

recently had my car’s interior professionally cleaned at Delta Sonic, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Taha—he absolutely crushed it! The interior looks brand new and beautiful. He was super thorough, paid attention to every detail, and left no spot untouched. The car smells fresh, the seats and carpets are spotless, and it feels like a whole new ride inside. Taha was friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. If you’re looking for top-notch interior detailing, ask for Taha—you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend this location and especially him. Thanks again, Taha!
